Just purchased a solar pump setup, great service and best prices around (I’m based in NZ by the way but that didn’t stop me buying from Perth). Geoff was very helpful via email and phone, international delivery was quick, pump tested ok, very happy for now. Thanks again Geoff.

When I told Geoff that I knew nothing about ponds he made sure to spend the necessary time with me to select the right products. He also gave sound advice on how to set it up and keep it in good condition. Almost a year later and I am still very much inove with my pond and haven't had any trouble with it, thanks to Geoff.

If you're a newbie, they're going to sell you things you don't really need like tap water dechlor, ammonia and lots of other products. I spoke to other shops and they said I don't need all those products, which YouTube did confirm. So these guys will pull wool over your eyes. Be careful.I wanted pond liner 1.2mm, they said they have 0.7mm but I left with 0.5mm.Pricing for the pond liner was really expensive compared to other shops that offered 1mm thickness. 3x more expensive and 0.5mm as compared to 1mm.Would I go back again: NEVER.Helpful: yesKnowledgeable: yesBusiness ethics and morals: none

Very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable on what they sell. Just lovely friendly people, interested in the product they have. The shop is clean well organised, always enjoy viewing the fish and buying to take home.

Darian of Living Ponds is such a consummate professional amd his dedication to his work and the business is an inspiration. We have used Living Ponds for several years and every time they’ve not only fixed what others could not - but also gone out on a limb several times to make sure everything works beautifully. A beautiful sparkling pond is now what we enjoy and no need to worry any more.
